I had joined Aadinath Yoga Studio 18 months back and there after it brought good and positive changes in my life. I was beginner in doing yoga practices but it was amazing the way Smita Madam introduce me to Yoga. She pays attention to every individual, makes sure that every member is following correct postures while doing yoga asananas. She has energy and true passion for yoga. During yoga classes She also conducts other sessions on meditation, Jalneti, 'beauty of life and mind', 'Diet and nutrition' etc. In yoga class she monitors every individual and gives proper instructions to them. I would like to share my yoga experience as a student to Smita who is my teacher.I started taking classes from Smita since 2019. It all started , not as a hobby but to correct my body posture. I still remember walking into my first class with absolutely basic knowledge of yoga. The moment I entered , I was welcomed with a warm and welcoming smile by this person, Smita. She was sympathetic towards me , asked me about my background, medical history and other details. Since then I am a regular at her class and she has really worked towards my health. She is very approachable and a knowledgeable person. Smita has a gentle spirit and serenity that transcends her classes. Her instruction is easy to follow and she gives each student individual attention with each pose. Her students receive so many benefits from practice because of the way she prepares us for class and the precise way in which she teaches the poses. Not only I have gained strength and flexibility, but I leave Smita's classes with renewed energy, inner calmness and a clear mind.The classes are very easy to understand and always dependent on the level of the students. It's almost a year since I am attending Yoga classes under guidance of Yoga Teacher Smita. Things I would observe and would like to appreciate. She has in depth practical knowledge about Yogasanana, various types of yoga, how to perform them, benefits to our body, season specific asanas. In the current Covid pandemic situation she focused on asanas which help to improve immunity to fight this disease. She is also Caring and Particular. She inculcates positive thought, energy, happiness during sessions which are encouraging and helpful in day to day life to overcome critical situations. Excellent. The Aadinath yoga studio classes were very easy to understand and always dependent on the level of the students. I felt comfortable at all times, felt treated with love and respect and felt I was in presence of a true teacher. Smita teaches more than just postures. Classes are one hours long and the price is quite good. Definitely recommend this place to take Yoga classes in Pashan- Sus road.

I love Smita's teaching style, which is very personalized to my requirements. I joined yoga to improve my internal stamina, and just within a few months I have seen improvement. I do not miss a single session, because of the benefits it brings. Smita herself also goes out of her way to help solve issues, challenges, etc. I have taken classes at 3-4 places in the past, but this is the best experience I have had so far.

Smita is an excellent teacher and a wonderful human being. She teaches every posture, asana and pranayama with so much love, care and sincerity.
